As the 2025 A Lyga season came to an end, Dainis Kazakevičs stepped down as the head coach of FA Šiauliai.
The Latvian manager has decided to pursue a new challenge abroad, moving to Kyrgyzstan to take up the role of Technical Director at the country’s Football Federation.
Kazakevičs joined Šiauliai in December of last year, and under his leadership, the team played a total of 39 matches this season, recording 16 wins, 10 draws, and 13 defeats.
FA Šiauliai extends its gratitude to the coach for his contribution to the club’s progress and achievements, and wishes him the very best in his future career.
