The result costs the defending champions first place in the Premium Liiga table, with Flora now leading thanks to a better head-to-head record.** The evening had started perfectly for Levadia. Only three minutes in, Gambian forward Bubacarr Tambedou arrowed a low drive inside the post to put the visitors ahead and raise fears of another rout after their 4-0 win earlier in the season. But the hosts refused to fold. Against the run of play in the 22nd minute, a Marius Vister pass caused chaos in the box, bouncing between defenders before Tristan Koskor reacted quickest to stab in the equaliser and lift the home crowd. Levadia pushed hard to restore their advantage before the break, with Tambedou a constant threat. Still, his finishing lacked sharpness: two tame efforts fell to Richard Aland, another was blocked by Mairo Miil, and one strike rattled the post.
