A Lyga club FK Sūduva have announced the signing of Cameroonian winger Emmanuel Agbor for the 2026 season, with the player joining on loan from Polish second-division side Miedź Legnica.
The 22-year-old has spent the last four years in Poland, having moved from Cameroon in 2022 to join the Miedź Legnica system. During the 2022/23 season, Agbor made his Ekstraklasa debut. Notably, at that time Donatas Vencevičius, now Sūduva’s head coach, was working as an assistant coach at Miedź Legnica.
For the past one and a half seasons, Agbor has been on loan at Polish third-tier club Zagłębie Sosnowiec, where he made 45 appearances and scored seven goals.
Speaking after completing the move, Agbor explained his decision:
“Moving to Sūduva was not a difficult decision for me – I had already considered this opportunity a year ago. It didn’t work out then, but now I’m here. Over the past year I followed Sūduva, watched several matches, and I’m happy to be here. Everyone has welcomed me very well. I have high expectations for this season, but we need to take it step by step, from match to match.”
