Alīna Ansone of RFS Women was voted as the LuckyBet Women’s League player of the month for October-November.
18 year old attacking midfielder and Latvia U-19 international played all available minutes during this period, scoring four goals – two against Auda and one each against Iecava/DFS and Olaine – in what proved to be a productive end to the championship for RFS Women, who scored 38 times and conceded only once.
Ansone made 19 appearances this season, scored nine goals and assisted once, also making her the fourth top scorer in the team.
RFS Women finished the league in second place, 6 points behind Riga FC Women and 12 points ahead of Metta.
