Watching football at LNK Sporta Parks is about to become a next-level experience—both at the stadium and on TV. In collaboration with TIGLED, RFS’ home ground has installed a cutting-edge full-perimeter LED advertising system, the first of its kind in Baltic football.
While RFS was already the only club in the Baltics using LED boards for every home match this season, fans may not have known that the 80-metre system in use was only a temporary solution. That system has now been replaced by a permanent, high-tech installation owned by LNK Sporta Parks itself.
The new LED system stretches 260 metres, covering the main camera-facing sideline and both goal lines. The display stands one metre high (compared to the previous 80 cm), with brightness of 7200 nits and over 26,000 pixels, ensuring crystal-clear visuals in all weather conditions. The construction is also fully player-safe, designed to withstand direct contact and powerful shots.
The same technology—similar to what fans saw at Daugava Stadium during RFS’ UEFA Europa League group stage games—now brings a new level of sophistication to domestic matches. It also opens new sponsorship opportunities and interactive fan experiences. According to RFS, the first of several LED-related surprises will be unveiled in the coming weeks.
