Tallinna Kalev announced the signing of central defender from Gambian top flight club Steve Biko FC – Momodou Lamin Jallow.
Momodou Lamin Jallow (20) was announced as the latest signing by JK Tallinna Kalev on Monday. Joining from Gambian top tier and with international experience representing Gambia youth teams, this will be young Gambian’s first experience of playing football not only outside of his home country but also in Europe.
In signing Jallow, Kalev are trying to replace one of their home-grown youngsters, Kristofer Käit (19), who left for Portugal to join Portimonense U-23 squad.
Kalev are currently 8th in the Premium liiga, having lost their opening match against Tartu Tammeka 2-1.
