One of the last players from the Premium Liiga 2018 season-winning Nõmme Kalju squad, Kaspar Paur, 29, has left the team after his contract expires, with the club announced.
Paur played for Kalju for six and a half years, joining from Tartu in the summer of 2018. In his first season, he helped the team become Estonian champions and took on a significant role within the squad for several years. He won the Estonian Super Cup in 2019 and assisted the game-winning goal in the final against Levadia.
As his playing time decreased from his best years with Kalju, the winger participated in 23 league matches, starting in eight games, and scored one goal last season. During his tenure with Kalju, Paur played in 190 games, netting 27 goals. He has 300 Premium Liiga games to his name, with 41 goals scored throughout his career.
Before joining Kalju, Paur played for several other clubs, including FCI Levadia, Paide Linnameeskond, FC Flora, and Tartu Tammeka.
