Premium liiga side Vaprus booked their place in the Estonian Cup last 16 with a 5-0 win away at Esiliiga B outfit Phoenix.
Henri Välja struck after 10 minutes to set Vaprus on their way, before Uku Nõmm doubled the advantage 10 minutes later. Nõmm added his second on the stroke of half-time to leave Phoenix facing a steep task.
Välja completed his brace in the second half and Kevin Kauber wrapped up the scoring in the 88th minute.
Elsewhere, Esiliiga leaders Welco responded to a run of three straight league defeats with an emphatic 8-0 victory at Kose in II liiga. Rendo Roots scored a hat-trick in four minutes, finding the net in the 15th, 18th and 19th minutes, while Kaspar Mutso added two more. Erki Mõttus, Lesor Timothy and Uku Malki also scored.
Welco’s main league rivals Viimsi advanced with a 4-1 win at Helios, with goals from Emmanuel Agyemang, Paul Jakob Strus, Nevil Krimm and Robert Lehtmets.
Elva went through without playing after Joker conceded the tie.
