Panevežys will target their remaining Toplyga objectives without forward Edvin Muratovic after the club confirmed his contract has been terminated by mutual consent.
The Luxembourg international joined before the start of the season and made 15 league appearances, scoring twice from the penalty spot and providing one assist. He also featured in the LFF Super Cup and in two matches in the LFF Cup.
Muratovic scored and set up a team-mate in an unregistered home fixture against Riteriai, while Panevėžys said the striker had shown professionalism during his spell with the club. Panevėžys added they wished him well for the next stage of his career.
Before joining the Lithuanian side, Muratovic spent several seasons playing in Luxembourg, Belgium, and Poland.
