FCI Levadia have announced that Slovenian midfielder Til Mavretič has left the club following the expiration of his contract, bringing an end to a three-and-a-half-year spell in Tallinn.

The 28-year-old joined Levadia in the summer of 2022 from Slovenian side Tabor Sežana and quickly established himself as a key figure in the team. Over the course of his time with the club, Mavretič made 111 appearances, scoring five goals and providing eight assists in all competitions.

A respected presence in the squad, Mavretič was also entrusted with the captain’s armband on several occasions. During his tenure, he helped Levadia secure both the Estonian Premium Liiga title and the Estonian Cup, leaving with major silverware to his name.

Reflecting on his time in Estonia, Mavretič shared an emotional farewell message on the club’s official website:

“After 3.5 unforgettable years, it is time to say goodbye to FCI Levadia. This club has given me some of the happiest moments of my life – both on and off the pitch – and I am truly grateful for everything I experienced here. I wish the club continued success and hope all its goals are achieved. A special thank you to the fans for their constant support and love – it meant a great deal to me.”

Before his time in Estonia, Mavretič played for Monopoli in Italy, Michalovce in Slovakia, and several clubs in Slovenia, including ND Gorica, NK Domžale, and Tabor Sežana.
