FC Flora Tallinn president Pelle Pohlak has confirmed key squad decisions ahead of the upcoming season in an interview with Soccernet.ee, revealing that club veterans Rauno Alliku and Sergei Zenjov will remain with the team, while Marco Lukka, Kristo Hussar, and Nikita Mihhailov will depart. Hussar and Mihhailov are expected to seek opportunities abroad.

Rauno Alliku, now 35, remains one of the most iconic figures in Flora’s history. Having represented the club since 2009, the forward has amassed 470 Premium Liiga appearances, scoring 126 goals. This season, Alliku added another title to his résumé, becoming a nine-time Estonian champion. He featured in 26 league matches, contributing three goals and four assists as Flora once again lifted the championship trophy.

Sergei Zenjov, a year older than Alliku, returned to Estonia in 2021 after spending 13 years abroad, playing in several European leagues. Since rejoining Flora, the experienced attacker and former Estonian international with 114 appearances has been a regular contributor. In the most recent season, Zenjov played 24 league matches, scoring three goals and providing three assists. Statistically, it marked his least productive campaign with Flora, as he failed to reach double figures in league goals for the first time since his return.

On the outgoing side, Flora will part ways with Marco Lukka as his contract expires. The 29-year-old full-back spent several years within the club’s system and made 24 appearances this season, though without registering a goal or assist. In total, Lukka played 168 matches over nine seasons in a Flora shirt.

Also leaving are defender Kristo Hussar and midfielder Nikita Mihhailov, both of whom are aiming to continue their careers outside Estonia. Hussar, 23, has been part of the Flora system since 2020 and enjoyed a solid season, recording one goal and seven assists in 31 league matches. Mihhailov, also 23, delivered his most productive season to date, scoring six goals and providing eight assists in 34 league matches, playing a key role in Flora’s title-winning campaign.
