Harju Laagri have announced that striker Karel Eerme (21) — currently third in this season’s Premium Liiga goal-scoring chart — has extended his contract with the club until the end of the 2027 season, according to a statement on Harju’s official Facebook page.

I’m happy to continue wearing Harju’s colours,” Eerme said. “This club has played a major role in my development, and I feel that the best is still ahead. I’m grateful for the opportunity and the trust placed in me.”

Harju’s CEO Kalmar Liiv added:

We’re very pleased that our own academy product — the first Harju player to reach the senior national team and a model example of what a player should be: hardworking, consistent, confident, yet humble — has chosen to stay with us. We believe Eerme still has much to give to Estonian football. He hasn’t reached his peak yet, but he’s working hard every day to get there.

Currently sidelined with a toe injury, the Harju academy graduate has scored 16 goals in 54 Premium Liiga appearances so far. Earlier this year, he received his first call-up to Estonia’s senior national team and has previously played ten matches for the country’s youth sides.
