Estonian international midfielder Rocco Robert Shein once again featured in the starting XI for Fredrikstad FK in the Norwegian Eliteserien, helping his team secure a 1–1 away draw against HamKam.

The 22-year-old played 72 minutes in what was his 15th appearance of the season since joining from Dutch second-tier side FC Dordrecht.

Fredrikstad fell behind early, conceding in the 12th minute when Kristian Lien netted his fourth goal of the season for HamKam. Despite dominating possession and most key statistics throughout the match, Fredrikstad struggled to break through.

The equalizer finally came in second-half stoppage time. Substitute Ludvig Begby delivered a precise assist to defender Ulrik Fredriksen, who scored his first goal for the club to level the match at 1–1.

Shein, deployed in midfield, put in a solid shift before being substituted in the 72nd minute. His consistent presence in Fredrikstad’s starting lineup continues to underline his importance to the team.

With 22 points from 16 matches, Fredrikstad currently sits 8th in the Eliteserien table.

Their next match is set for this Friday, when they’ll host struggling Strømsgodset at home.
